Indoor Cycling Master Trainer & Boutique Fitness Consultant

About

I believe strongly that becoming a great fitness instructor of ANY format does not happen in a one day certification.
The American fitness studios/brands most entrepreneurs wish to emulate have their own training programs for this very reason.

I found the bike in the early days of the premier indoor cycle studio in in NYC — as a rider.
Years later, I made the leap from rider to teacher, and completed the competitive teacher training with that company.
Afterwards, I learned how to ride an indoor bike from Schwinn.
In turn, I married the strong concepts of entertainment + music with effective training, & have created the grey.

I have began studio indoor cycling culture in countries where it did not previously exist.
I have created programming and trained teachers: RHYTHMIC, ATHLETIC & PASSIONATE PEOPLE
from an Olympic athlete, to a Nike trainer, aerialists, avid triathletes, Pilates instructors, yogis & studio owners…
…to gym rats who had never been on an indoor OR outdoor bike, OR taught a class, ever.
I am an ex-dancer + have previously worked as a writer + in the music industry + had a great time DJing in bars in Brooklyn in a past life.

I invest in people, the tools for SUCCESS, with a comprehensive teacher training program
+
combined with their WILLINGNESS TO STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE, great things happen.

I have helped existing indoor cycling studios and their teachers go to their next level as COACHES & BUSINESSES ALIKE with guest teaching, mentoring instructors, and continuing educational workshops.

I have helped fitness entrepreneurs navigate standard operating procedures + consult on what goes into physically creating their studio space.

I love helping build unique fitness experiences; not simply a workout.

In my pre-fitness life, I was a dancer + actor + writer + worked in the music industry + had a
great time DJing off my laptop decks in bars in Brooklyn.

I found the bike in the early days of the premier indoor cycle studio in NYC — as a rider. As a consumer starting in 2007, I watched the humble beginnings of NYC’s Boutique Fitness Craze, that the rest of the world now wishes to emulate.

Years later, I made the leap from rider to teacher, and completed the competitive teacher
training with the company where I first found the bike. Afterwards, I was certified + learned how to ride an indoor bike from Schwinn.

Since 2014, I have worked with early adopters to begin studio indoor cycling culture in countries where it did not previously exist.

Some of the first group of instructors I trained have gone on to own their own boutique fitness studios in multiple modalities; and it is a joy to watch mentees become mentors.

A true sense of mentorship is wanting your students to one day be better than you.
