First, a 15 minute Zoom call to speak about what you've uncovered about your operations/overall in-person client journey through completing our Audit

Next, a 1 hour “Virtual Studio Audit Happy Hour"; pour the beverage of your choice, (I'll be drinking a coffee or tea!) & bring me along on Zoom like a new client.
- I'll make an account at your studio to see your automated correspondence and what to expect.
- I will meet your front desk hospitality staff & take a virtual tour of your space, stopping for Q&A as needed & to pour more tea for your studio manager while we brainstorm
We'll zoom-in, literally, on all spaces in your studio: front desk, changing rooms, the classroom space, itself & discuss how you want your clients to feel at every turn.
And finally, you'll be sent a written report from me within 48 hours of my “virtual studio happy hour” to highlight what is great & to give specific feedback of where you'll want to focus on in the coming weeks to refine & strengthen.
